LA Consulting (LAC), is a California Corporation, headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California with a manned office in DeBary, Florida and a project office in Apollo Beach, Florida. LAC was founded in 1993 to assist government agencies in performing operational reviews, planning and systems implementation for infrastructure improvements and operations. Our name changed from Lorick Associates Consulting, Inc. to LA Consulting, Inc. in 1999. Our firm has been in business under the present business name for sixteen years and seven years prior to that as Lorick Associates Consulting, Inc. LAC's founder has 40+ years in maintenance systems and field operations and is one of the industry leaders in this field. LAC has provided these operational reviews, system implementations and business process improvements for over 82 Public Agencies and 100% of our effort is focused on this type of work. The seven person firm including three part time employees is comprised of engineers, management and technology consultants and specializes in performance reviews and applying technology to maintenance and operations. Ownership is 100% with two owners. Specialties: Maintenance and operations reviews, process improvement, management consulting for Public Works and utilities, maintenance systems implementation and specific infrastructure evaluations.
