My mother, Francesca, has been making some of the best artisan fresh pasta and sauces in Montreal now for over 20 years, not to mention the best homemade Tiramisu in town. My brothers, Giorgio, Danny and I (Roberto) and of course Mom have been operating our eatery since 1995, and are still going strong. Ours is one of the more unique food boutiques you'll encounter in our lovely Plateau-Mont-Royal. Our motto is "Fresh Don't Lie!"Everyday we start from scratch: crack those eggs, stretch that dough, stir those sauces, grill that octopus, stuff those cannoli, day in and day out, and the list goes on.
