La Nachera Food Truck originates from the idea of two college students looking to reinvent a favorite finger food dish through ordering innovation and the use of locally grown ingredients, while satisfying the need for change upon the perception of consumers. Acknowledging the demand for nachos, La Nachera looks to introduce a creative way of allowing the consumer the realization of their dish by personal selection from start to finish. The selection process would allow the customer to choose from a variety of locally grown ingredients, nurturing their farm to table understandings. This would add to the delicious experience a unique and personal twist. With distinctive educational proficiency, we aim to strive with the use of correct financial practices and business models, the proper implementation of marketing strategies and captivation through creative yet flavorful culinary skills.
