LA Net, A Project of Community Partners Details
LA Net is a community-based Practice-Based Research Network (PBRN) focused on health disparities reduction in Southern California. LA Net provides training, technical assistance and staff support to partner Community Health Clinics (CHCs) and primary care practices to aid them in conducting patient-centered research of immediate importance to their patients and practices. LA Net also provides quality improvement support to its members through a team of primary care practice facilitators.
