The Founders, three young French expats whose love of food is self-evident, nestled their business in the bosom of Vietnam's Southern tropical area, known for its abundance of fresh and flavorful fruits, along the Mekong River. History La Petite Epicerie Saigon was born with the mission of creating, refining and infusing every single essence available in Vietnam with a French twist. It was time to give one of Vietnam's landmarks the shine it deserves and produce one of the finest fruit preserves on the market. We are completely committed to using only 100% all-natural ingredients, No chemical stabilizers or low quality ingredients bought for value instead of Quality. Our philosophy of jam making is to never contain food coloring, artificial flavors or preservatives of any kind. We have sourced the best ingredients and equipment, from copper caldron down to the teaspoon so that we can produce scrumptious jams that outshine the competition in both flavor and price, while still preserving our philosophy of authentic jam making.
