Those who secure their room or who arrive to stay during the promotional period will get a discount for not having the full services of the retirement residence during this transition period. The discounted price for an average room is $1950 USD per month (additional fee for couples or furnished room). The discounted price will be guaranteed for at least the first 6 months of stay.
