If you are looking for an industrial balsamic vinegar … you're in the wrong site!In my small Acetaia I only produce "CHEMICAL FREE" Balsamic Vinegar, which means WITHOUT the use of chemical products, or any industrial processes.My Balsamic Vinegar is less "dense" (because I don't use any chemical thickeners), is less "black" (because I don't use caramel), but is much more "harmonious" (because it really ages in small wooden barrels), is more "complex" (because I use selected cooked grape must and selected local woods), but above all it is much more "HEALTHIER"!Lorenzo Righi
