Ciao and welcome!Born out of a passion for Italian food and life, La Tagliata was founded by Carlo Palumbo and a former colleague in 2014. As Italians, we use our knowledge of the food and wine that makes our culture so vibrant to offer our guests dishes true to tradition, served in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Our head chef selects the finest ingredients to create a seasonally-changing menu that includes freshly made pastas, dry-aged beef and just flown-in burrata from Campania; dishes are paired with award-winning wines from all regions of Italy, from classic Montepulciano D'Abruzzo Malandrino Cataldi Madonna to new discoveries such as Bramito Della Sala Antinori.
