The La Trobe University Business & Commerce Students' Association is the official faculty based student organisation that aims to expose students to the workplace and place them in good stead when seeking employment. The Commerce Students' Association caters for students which fall under the College of Commerce and specifically the La Trobe Business School which includes the Department of Accounting, Department of Management and Marketing, and the Department of Economics and Finance. Through building positive relationships with industry, the Association's purpose is to link Business students to the workplace through various events and provide them with the opportunity to network, create their personal brand and build a competitive advantage.Concurrently, the Association understands the significance of the social aspects of university, and provides students with a number of opportunities to mingle with their peers.
