Mission Statement - We hope to connect, educate and enable the dormant labor forces of Pakistan using technology. We are a platform for the "Common Man" - The idea is to allow blue collar workers to register themselves on our website using simply SMS. They can post jobs, advertise their businesses and sell their products. On the other hand those viewing the website can search, filter, verify and then contact the recipient directly. They can also rate and review which will build an information portal of the best employees, services and product providers over time. Part II - Through short videos we will educate users about how to use the internet and use technology to better their lives. The first will be a video titled "Internet Kya Hay," to be released on the 15th of June when we plan to launch the beta version of the website. The short 3 minute infographic video will explain in lay man terms what the internet is, how to use basic search and how to use laborforce.pk. Other videos will follow. Part III - We will link the common man with social development services that already exist in Pakistan. This includes the following - Injaz – for education and entrepreneurship, Naya Jeevan – Cheap insurance for the masses and Vocational Training Providers such as Aman Tech, STEVTA, TEVTA and other such vocational training programs.
