Mission: Create an environment that is conducive to the success of the Latin American community in Manitoba and our business members. Vision: Be recognized as a body of excellence for commerce, information and management support to all persons related to Latin American, without distinction of nationality, race, religion or ideology. Values: * Embrace partnerships fostering integration and economic growth in our communities. * Promote entrepreneurship and networking through information, education and mentorship. * Facilitate communication to advocate for the interest of our business community. Goals: * Create networking opportunities for our members. * Promote opportunities for investment, trade and education between Manitoba and Latin America. * Organize and promote events that facilitate the connection between professionals and employers. * Provide mentoring for new entrepreneurs. * Strengthen relationships between Latin American entrepreneurs and the community they serve. * Help access special programs for youth and women entrepreneurs. * Disseminate information to new immigrants in services such as housing, health, education, employment and other of common interest. * Create a resource guide for consumers to access Latin American goods, services in Spanish and business contacts.
