These materials are then delivered to projects, and used in the production of Ready-Mix Concrete or Asphalt. Lachance Construction owns and operates Primers & Crushers, a Concrete and an Asphalt Plant.2. Construction Division, a General Contractor on commercial jobs such as construction of new hotels, restaurants or box stores, and institutional construction such as schools, libraries and hospitals.
