The decision to create a different refuge from the usual ones in the heart of the Dolomites was not accidental. Driven from an early age by events to take their lives in hand and to fight to conquer things, Margareth and Pio Canins have worked for years to make a dream come true.Both began working in the tourism sector very early, Margareth in a large hotel in Alta Badia until she met Pio and gradually took over the management of his parents' garni/ esidence. But before work began, their family was formed: Margareht, together with Pio, dedicated all her time to their three children Greta, Jacopo and Matteo. Whereas later on they decided to renovate the holiday residence in San Cassiano and transform it into something truly special and unique.It had to become something very different from the usual residences in the area and above all to offer the customer a whole new way of conceiving their holidays. In other words, a gem: small, elegant and welcoming, luxurious at the right point without being cloying, capable of leaving the maximum possible freedom.The Canins imagined a place to enjoy holidays, a welcoming retread to recharge energies and be with people you love. The same way they wanted to spend their holidays.The project of the new Lagació Mountain Residence took them 3 years of hard work: many ideas were born to be overturned and overturned several times. The joint efforts of architects, designers, craftsmen and interior decorators pursued a single goal: to create a space in which to live a new form of lifestyle based on solid values and the desire to feel good.
