Founder, Stacy Blue, started Lake State Property, LLC to serve the needs of property owners in Minnesota & beyond. As a woman, I was always told leave the hard work for the men and focus on the administrative side of business, now I do both. My business model is working to create sustainable work opportunities to enhance our community, reduce unemployment, and burnout for a seasonal business. Year round training and work opportunities for any good employee who shows up and works hard and shows the initiative to learn the business from the ground up. And once they're at the top, we teach them how to successfully run their own branch.
