We strive to create an environment that facilitates personal growth and self-expression, providing affordable and accessible programs, including classes, workshops and community projects.LCF's ArtSmart is an innovative art program for underserved children, dedicated to offering art opportunities in an effort to:• Provide arts education to underserved children• Encourage the use of art as a tool for recovery• Support volunteering and service.ArtSmart operates under the umbrella of Lancaster Creative Factory and was chosen program of the year at Lancaster's Youth Intervention Center for both 2010 and 2011.
