Founder and MD, Landa Mabenge, is the author of Becoming Him-a trans memoir of triumph. He has extensive public and private health care experience, and works with entities in various sectors to create diversity and inclusion policies and best practices on organisational approaches to gender diversity and elimination of marginal attitudes and practices in the workplace. The consulting company is a partner to the Stellenbosch University Equality Unit and regularly guest lectures at the University of the Western Capes Woman and Gender Studies Department.
