LAR Consulting, LLC (LARC) is a consulting firm on a mission to make ideas happen. LARC principal Laura Runnels brings over fifteen years of experience providing capacity building assistance, training, and coaching to organizations and coalitions for organization development, including needs assessment, strategic planning, performance improvement, program evaluation, and change management. She is a convening specialist and collaboration engineer known for designing and facilitating highly engaging, efficient, and productive meetings, trainings, and workshops. Laura holds a masters degree from Saint Louis University and completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University.
