Largo was a 6-months events series between Dec 2018-May 2019 and promised to be a prototype for the idea "a stage for chefs". Young, talented chefs from Istanbul presented their own tasting menus to guests at special pop-up places, like designer apartments and jazz clubs. Guests buy tickets for one-time, live, social dining experiences and reserve their spots at "disappearing tables". In 6 months, Largo served more than 500 guests and got various media coverage such as TimeOut Istanbul, Hürriyet and Istanbul Guide. Largo experimented with local food supply chain mechanisms, innovative logistics for pop-up experiences and spatial event design based on human-centric design principles.
