Last In Concepts is a company built on big ideas. Our founders, Jack Warner and Brandon Landry, met in 1997 on the hardwood of Louisiana State University's Pete Maravich Assembly Center. As young boys growing up, each dreamt of playing basketball for LSU and both succeeded – it just so happened to be as walk-ons. It was during this time the dream for Walk-On's Bistreaux & Bar – their first restaurant – began to take shape. Since opening our first Walk-On's, we have developed and implemented three additional exciting and original concepts: The Roux House, Happy's Irish Pub, and Schlittz & Giggles. Growth has been a constant in our dynamic company, having opened eight stores in eight years, with locations in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, and New Orleans.
