To empower Latinas in Engineering. We wanted to create this site as a place to showcase all the different things that make up a Latina engineer. Here, we share everyday anecdotes and develop resources for Latinas, females engineers, first generation students and minorities in STEM. Our focus is education and personal and professional development for the new engineers.We also launched an annual conference: International Latina Engineering weekThis conference is held annually on October. The purpose behind this event is to showcase all of the Latinas that make up engineering, as well as to connect, motivate and inspire them.This week long event is full of resources, live sessions, Q&A with Latina engineering students and professionals, networking events, giveaways, and scholarships!
