LATIO 6 is a global community of action driven entrepreneurs based on collaboration, which mission is to transform the creative potential of people into sustainable business and wealth.\\Our drive is to help startup founders to overcome the implementation challenge they face when going from an idea to a reality. With action driven programs based on collaboration and mentorship our organization provides resources aimed to raise the success rate of new ventures during the pre-acceleration phase of the entrepreneurial process. \\Latin America is facing a big issue: according to GEM, it has one the highest rates of early-stage entrepreneurial activity in the world, but very few of these new ventures end up becoming established companies (1 of 10). There are differents reasons for this to happen, but we focus on a very strong one: a lack of resources, soft skills and handling of specific methodologies in Latam entrepreneurs, those needed when implementing a project. \\We help to overcome this reality through blended (online+offline) programs focused on the pre-acceleration phase:\\• GLOSIP: a 5 weeks program based on agile methologies, mentorship and team building. It consists of online and offline activities provided through our network of hubs and mentors.\\• PROM: a 6 weeks program for mentors to advance their coaching and leadership capabilities.
