Laughing Matters is a nonprofit organization that seeks to improve the well-being of those in need through free-of-cost performance comedy. We organize and deliver improv comedy performances and workshops to residents of therapeutic sites, including hospitals, recovery shelters, and assisted-care facilities. We accomplish our mission by partnering with volunteers in the community with backgrounds or interest in performance comedy, the performing arts, or theater.
