I teach stress busting and health and well being techniques through Laughter Yoga and Meditation and Mindfulness I work with groups of people and also on a one to one basis. I work in the corporate environment on team building days teaching stress busting fun exercises that lead to a deeper understanding of relaxation and yogic breathing enabling people to deal with stress that may be caused through public speaking and presentations and everyday stress in the workplace. I also work with school staff running groups after school to teach relaxation and calming techniques to staff and also working with groups of young people in schools and youth clubs teaching Laughter Yoga and Meditation and Mindfulness and also offering Nutrition Advice. I am also a qualified Natural Face lift Massage Therapist.
