The Launchparty team is developing a crowdfunding investment platform with social capabilities for users to invest in college startups! We are a team of recent alumni and current students who understand and come directly from our target audience. Our vision is to build a brighter, more inclusive future by driving opportunity, innovation, and technology through entrepreneurship.Our mission is to redefine the American Dream by democratizing the startup funding process and connecting founders with their community to raise capital. Launchparty gives you the information, voice, and power to support ambitious founders, engage with others over ideas or products you love, while ultimately owning a share of the future you envision!We've been working hard to create a dynamic platform that campus members like YOU actually want and enjoy using. When the Beta rolls out, users will be able to invest small amounts in campus startups sourced from incubators, accelerators, and other such programs, allowing for a wide and diverse range of offerings our audience personally relates to!We are a UC Berkeley startup involved with the Skydeck Hotdesk program, and previously with Cal's StEP.
