History of Laveer and Co. & becoming a Predictive Index Consultant:Hello there, and thank you for visiting my page! I am excited to tell you what Laveer is all about. Laveer and Co. was formed in early 2017 as a consulting firm to meet the various needs of businesses.I choose the name, ‘Laveer' due to its meaning, "to sail, or beat, against the wind," Because all businesses, at some point or another, are faced with challenging circumstances and need assistance navigating through these tough times!Having worked with behavioral science assessments since 2012, I have gained an immense understanding of this science and technology and the benefits it brings to an organization. When I ask my clients, "what is your number one issue in business" it's almost always the same answer, "it's a people problem or finding and retaining the best talent."Predictive Index has been a game-changer for these companies! I Just imagine if your applicant tracking system sorted itself based on the highest predictors of job success. That's PI.
