In 1987, he earned an International Law Diploma from University of Salzburg and a J.D from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. Ken practiced civil law in Spain's then-largest law firm, Bufete Cuatrecasas, for over 1½ years.Ken's practice, over 21 years, is in labor/employment (wage/hour, overtime, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, contracts, commissions), real estate (fraud, breach of contract, specific performance, fiduciary duty: broker/agent), construction defects (residential, condo, HOA, commercial), venue security (guards, clubs, restaurants, supermarkets, etc), consumer litigation (Song-Beverly, Lemon, fraud, misrep., consumer rights), unfair business practice/competition, contract disputes, and some environmental.Ken is a published writer, multimedia artist and photographer. Ken earned credits in various short & feature films: "Go Fish", upcoming films from Three Frame Entertainment, and for Director Mike Closson. Ken received recognition for contributions to published books "Reckless Road: Reckless Road: Guns N' Roses & the Making of Appetite for Destruction" by Marc Canter, and "Mugshots: A Celebration of the Journey From Ruin to Redemption" by Jonas Mohr/Jason Porath. Ken also created & hosted the "Chill of Rights Show" in the early 2000s. He was a FM radio disc jockey for 4 years in the 80s.
