In partnership with the Political Science Department at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, the Law Society of UTSC is hosting the first annual Highland Cup undergraduate moot. We live in an era defined by growing calls from all segments of society, but especially from the youth, for change, reform, and expansion of legal rights of the citizenry. Highland Cup's mission is to provide undergraduate students with the opportunity to hone their understanding of the law, explore the nuance and reasoning behind landmark decisions of the Supreme Court of Canada, and above all else, develop their skills in oral advocacy.
