Along with versatility and customization, the CYCLONE process continues to maintain consistent temperature control as well as delivering significantly lower operating costs with the highest efficiency ovens in the industry. We also utilize our TORRENT Washing System that continues to maintain even coating with less water or chemical usage. Compared to conventional washing systems, the TORRENT process results in up to 67% less electrical usage and 77% less gas usage. Our Oil Coalescer is an economical oil removal unit that performs a dual-phase solution cleaning through the use of filtration to remove floating contaminants, and oil separation with the dual coalescing technology. This process will eliminate oils and grease, high cleaning and maintenance costs, frequent dumping of cleaners, waste treatment problems, and bath contamination.
