Vision Statement of the College: "To provide noble education of the highest quality to students for upgrading their Socio-Economic status to bring them in the main stream." Late Shri. Mansukhlal Vasa (Golwala), a prominent businessman and an ex-student of Ramji Assar Vidyalaya at the first instant donated a good sum of amount to the College. The College is named after his Father Late Shri. Laxmichand Golwala (a prominent resident of Ghatkopar). The College was inaugurated on a very auspicious day, 15th August 2009. College has received its approval to run Degree College in Commerce stream by the Maharashtra State Government and is affiliated with University of Mumbai. Later from A.Y. 2012 -13 the college has started offering Self Finance Courses. Immediate after that in next A.Y. 2013 – 14 college started providing PG programs. Courses offered presently in our campus: 1) Undergraduate Programs: Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Accountancy & Finance Bachelor of Management Studies Bachelor of Banking & Insurance Bachelor of Financial Markets 2) Post – Graduate Programs: M.Com. in Advance Accountancy M.Com. in Banking & Insurance College started in 2009 with 26 students and today, the college has an enrollment of over approximately 2660 students (including those from PG Programs) in all over the courses.The Institute has obtained a Gujarati Linguistic Minority status by the Government of Maharashtra. The college has procured an ‘B grade' (CGPA 2.81) from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).
