Legal Aid for Education (LBH Pendidikan) is a nonprofit organization conducting legal advocacy and policy in education. LBH Pendidikan was established on August 24, 2004 by some legal scholars and scholars of education who have a concern and commitment to education that is present in Indonesia. LBH Pendidikan is based on Pancasila and the Constitution of 1945 (Republic of Indonesia) which is an Independent, Independent and not affiliated in force or group. The vision of LBH Pendidikan is : strive toward community awareness of their rights to obtain education for every citizen that guaranteed in the Constitution of 1945, fighting for social justice, quality education for all levels of society by creating conditions that support efforts to hold a renewal system education. The mission of LBH Pendidikan is : provide assistance and legal protection to the community in education, changing the outlook of society on an equal quality education, empowering people to be involved in making constructive changes in the national education system, plays a role in monitoring and regulatory changes in national education issued by the State, legal efforts against the individual or legal entity that ignores the principles of equitable education in the community.
