LCBA provides professional, practical, financial and technical advice to individuals (or organisations) with a BME background (particularly those who are Chinese). Objectives of the organisation are to capacity-build and improve the development of new and existing businesses run either in Chinatown or by Chinese people, creating employment and opportunities and to improve social cohesion amongst the various communities in the Liverpool City Region.Our primary purpose is to work to continually improve the economic, political and social environments in which the Liverpool Chinese business operates.
