Depuis 2016, nous avons pour mission de rassembler la plus grande communauté d'amateurs et de passionnés de grande pâtisserie française et de la rendre accessible au plus grand nombre.Chaque mois, nos chefs pâtissiers proposent une recette inédite à nos abonnés en fiche et en vidéo, accompagnée d'ingrédients secs pesés de grande qualité ainsi que des ustensiles de professionnel fournis par un des plus grands fabriquant français. Tous les composants de notre box sont adaptés pour vous permettre de réaliser une pâtisserie de grand chef à votre rythme.Après 3 ans d'aventure et avoir séduit de nombreux abonnés dans plus de 6 pays, nous ouvrons notre premier Atelier de Pâtisserie et Epicerie Fine au coeur de Paris, à quelques pas de la place de la Nation. We have been creating recipes and pastry boxes since 2016, and our mission ever since has been to gather the largest community of French pastry enthusiasts and to make it accessible to all!Every month, our pastry chefs create a new recipe for our subscribers, both on a card and in video, and our box contains weighed dry ingredients of high quality as well as professional cooking utensils provided by one of the most renowned French kitchen utensil-maker. Every item enables you to become a genuine pastry chef, at your own pace.After a 3-year-long adventure and having brought together an ever-so growing number of subscribers in more than 6 countries, we have opened our first pastry workshop in the heart of Paris, near the Nation underground station. Our workshop is the reflection of our spirit: gourmand, friendly, and creative!
