Since 1983, Le Monde du Ravioli has been on a mission: to become a leader in the fresh pasta industry. We have come along a while way since our debut, having evolved to become a leader indeed. This was a difficult task as the competition is fierce and to survive one must always be one step in front of the competition. To face the competition and thrive, we are constantly seeking innovation of our product line. Part of our success is to be attributed to some of the biggest chefs in the industry with whom we have had the privilege to work with. Their sound advice and critics have helped us with some of our creative results. Finally, 2006 was a big year for our Company. We have invested in our equipment and have moved into a new and more modern location. This is a new page of our history which has begun and we are looking forward to working with you to achieve the next step of our mission: become a leader of the fresh pasta industry.
