Together with an expansive network of distinguished alumni, LEAD Hampton Roads continues our proud tradition of connecting, inspiring and motivating leaders capable of strengthening the region's prosperity and our place in the Commonwealth. LEAD Hampton Roads has a network of over 1,500 graduates from the greater Hampton Roads region, representing the private, public and non-profit sectors. Our proactive leaders make substantive, positive changes throughout our region and beyond. LEAD has been recognized as a national innovator and model by the Association of Leadership Programs with the National Preceptor Award.
