The Lead Telicom Pvt Ltd has been created for the outsourcing to handle a high demand responseto deal with inbound telephone calls on behalf of our UK customers. This has happened due toa few reasons, firstly there was a shortage of competent, reliable staff for some of ourcustomers, with chasing up members of their team!, monitoring them based in the UK. This atime consuming role!.We were approached by some early customers of what was it like in Pakistan to get some goodcompetent staff?.
