What I do is help people solve problems and seize opportunities.You already have in your mind a picture of what an Executive Coach does. Whether you think of me as a Coach, Advisor, or Consultant is irrelevant.For 20 years I was a Pastor/Counselor. Then I built two successful businesses, one in Real Estate and one in Financial Services. The common denominator is that I've always been a coach to others. I came to the realization that coaching was the ONE thing that was most rewarding for me and the ONE thing I did that helped others the most.This passion led me to start my own business, Lead With Giants LLC, in 2012. Today, I spend my time coaching individuals who are good, very good, but who want to become great.
