ICF, AoC). They all have several years of coaching experience in different business environments in Greece and abroad. Code of Ethics: All LCN coaches are members of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC) and subscribe to the EMCC code of ethics (see www.emccouncil.org). The EMCC exists to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.Supervision: All LCN coaches operate with the benefit of regular and independent supervision which serves two purposes: quality assurance, to ensure clients are receiving the best possible coaching, and skills development for the coach.Professional development: Each LCN coach has their own professional development plan and is expected to pursue individual continuous learning. This plan is regularly followed and updated.Client Satisfaction: LCN has developed a standard approach for coaching evaluation. All LCN coaches have to receive a complete coaching evaluation from their client after each coaching assignment. This evaluation is then reviewed and discussed with the sponsor's representative. In addition to that, LCN coaches can develop a specific evaluation process based on the needs of the organisation.
