Leadership Code Tribunal Details
The Leadership Code Tribunal is established under article 235A of the 1995 Constitution of the Republic of Uganda (as amended) S.19 A of the Leadership Code (Amendment) Act 2017. The mandate and function of the Leadership Code Tribunal under S.19B of the Leadership Code (Amendment) Act 2017 is to: Receive, examine and adjudicate any breach of code referred to it by the inspectorate of Government;Make a decision on any matter referred to it by the inspectorate and submit it to the authorized person and inspectorate,Make recommendations to the authorized person on disciplinary action to be taken against a Leader.
