Leadership Cumberland Details
Leadership Cumberland serves the county by developing individuals to become effective leaders in the workplace and community.Our program and curriculum focuses on five outcomes:· Leadership· Community Service· Personal Development· Networking· Knowledge of the CountyFellows participate in a ten-month program including an orientation, a two day retreat, and day-long classes designed to address the identified outcomes that are held each month at various locations around the County. Fellows also complete a Fellowship, serving as a non-voting board member for a nonprofit of their choice. These experiences are then integrated into the class discussions.
