Founded as a not for profit organization, since the1970's Leadership Education Achievement (LEA) has been providing training, consulting and coaching services to individuals, groups and organizations. Its primary purpose is improving the quality of life and the enhancement of individual and organizational health, happiness and profitability. LEA received a three year CETA grant to develop and manage a solar energy training school and ecology demonstration center which employed 100 people and served 1000's of students and visitors. Our educational projects seek to benefit the entire community by designing programs for specific populations such as the local government, Fortune 500 to small businesses, and schools. LEA's staff consults and coaches individuals and groups from a variety of organizations on both personal and work related issues.
