Lead leadership and organizational development initiatives to partner with line management and human resources partners to drive comprehensive development and organizational effectiveness strategies in order to achieve the desired business results. The following details specific responsibilities of the role: Serve as the primary consultant to the Line of Business Executive for Leadership and Organizational Effectiveness work within the business. Lead organizational assessment. Ensure optimal alignment between LOB's growth strategies and the organizational capabilities required to deliver on them. Partner with subject matter experts from other Human Resources disciplines (e.g., Compensation, Staffing, Executive Recruiting) to ensure fully aligned activities that help to attract, on-board, manage and reward the performance and development of a workforce capable of executing LOB's business strategy.
