Leadership Foundation is meant to develop the students in view of enhancing various skills that they need to acquire. This foundation acts as bridge between the institution and industry i.e., it focuses on enhancing the employ-ability skills at institution level. It also insists on the learning of both technical as well as non technical things. It engages the student to be multi-faceted. The well known fact is that, most of the students in our nation are theoretically sound but they are in dark side when practical knowledge is concerned . This aspect is also taken into consideration and for that, several events were conducted at different levels to unleash their hidden talents and review their progress in their learning process. Several clubs were constituted according to the hidden talents of students.
