Leadership Vision Consulting (LVC) is a strengths-based consulting firm. We have created a comprehensive, relationship driven approach to strengths-based leadership through personal transformation and cultural change. We deliver a core offering of strengths-based education and learning experiences. We use the Clifton StrengthsFinder™ as our primary tool to help individuals, teams and organizations achieve personal, social and organizational health. LVC is known for it's unique approach to teaching and applying the principles of the Clifton StrengthsFinder™. Each of our senior consultants have 10 or more years of experience working with StrengthsFinder™.
