Established originally in 2017 by Brendan Mooney in Virginia Beach, Virginia. While he was an IT professional serving in the military, Brendan had the dream of creating an IT company that would serve businesses of all sizes and consumers of all types. Leadout Systems started from humble beginnings when Brendan at his day job wasn't quite being challenged enough with the rigors of life outside the military. He noticed a need to service businesses that were not being well served by "big box stores" and too small to have a national contract with one of the respected leaders in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) space. Nicknamed, "The Forgotten Business", Leadout Systems strived to serve these businesses in a unique way. While most IT companies bore the business owner with specs, cool features and other IT centric items only the "nerds" understand, we focus on simplifying processes using technology. Business owners don't care if their employees have an "i7 with 16GB RAM", but rather they want their operations to run smoothly. When we chat with owners/decision makers, our team will focus on finding pain points and areas that affect your bottom line. When clients are frustrated at the checkout counter or tasks that should take seconds are taking minutes, we come to the rescue with the right technology to make life a bit easier. We craft quality solutions that stand up to the rigors of everyday business, whether that is a Vet Clinic saving our most important four-legged friends, a non-profit trying to better the world or start-ups looking to find innovative solutions to problems or just the neighbor down the road who needs their computer tuned up for their home office.
