About LeanIn.org-----The Sheryl Sandberg & Dave Goldberg Family Foundation works to build a more equal and resilient world. We bring people together to support each other through two initiatives:+LeanIn.Org empowers women to achieve their ambitions.+OptionB.Org helps people build resilience and find meaning in the face of adversity.Research shows that we feel more confident and are able to accomplish more in groups. Lean In Circles is small peer groups that meet regularly to learn and grow together. We run a network of more than 34,000 Circles in cities and on campuses around the world, and they are changing lives. Members are asking for more, stepping outside their comfort zones, and leaning in.Lean In Women In Tech India-----WiTI focuses on the technology sector and supports women in technology with various backgrounds - from the classroom to the boardroom, who will make a significant impact in technology. We do this by educating women about the opportunities in technology as well as provide a forum to help women overcome unique challenges in their professional lives. We believe these circles will provide support to each other to lean in both professionally and personally. Our strength comes from members such as yourselves, as well as institutional and global sponsors and mentors.Our Mission-----"In the future, there will be no female leaders.
