A "Lean Leader" is someone who has a demonstrated knowledge of continuous process improvement tools (LEAN, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Benchmarking, Process Reengineering, etc.), and is also well versed in leadership principles, to include, servant leadership, situational leadership, and emotional intelligence theories.
