• Providing professional consulting & training services in the areas of operational excellence, lean business transformation, business processes improvement, QA/QC management and business development & growth strategies to businesses/organizations around the world• Helping businesses/organizations gain tangible business growth, maximize market shares and achieve high profit margins by streamlining/automating their business processes, improving their performance and cutting down their operational costs• Collaborating with internal & external subject matter experts in the analysis of business requirements and recommendations for new technology to improve and automate current systems and business processes• Assessing current continuous improvements programs, providing in-depth insights and suggesting innovative process changes to eliminate waste, reduce process cycle time and improve overall business performance• Coordinating with business leaders to identify process gaps and opportunities for continuous improvements and developing and implementing strategies to solve business problems and achieve maximum performance• Facilitating and delivering training programs in lean management, six-sigma practice, KAIZEN principle, quality systems management, operational excellence and lean six-sigma yellow and green belts• Promoting the use of new technological advancements and adopting automated processes and systems
