LEANnovation, founded in 2005 under the name Quantum Solutions, is a consulting firm specialized in continuous improvement (Lean manufacturing, Lean Office, Lean IT). It works mainly in Quebec with companies from all sectors (manufacturing, services, government) wishing to improve. Additionally, we provide help for outside Quebec consulting firms with their local customers. In that role, we forego our Quantum Solutions branding and become an extension of your firm. We adopt your image, your methods, your ethos so the customers do not see the difference and believe that you have feet on the ground in Quebec, serving your customers in the local language. Being fully bilinguals, we can also extend our services to the rest of Canada or even worldwide as you see fit and if required.
