Leap onboards top go-to-market employees at our clients companies to act as advisors during the interview process. From there we source and screen candidates then pay advisors to conduct peer interviews with qualified candidates for open positions in their company. Each advisor is capped at two matches a week. We take on additional risk by paying advisors for each match with a job seeker no matter the outcome of the call but by taking this approach we are able to confirm the quality of our candidates before they get to our clients.
