It provides strong online tools and in-person workshops to coach youth around the world to realize their potential, and continuously develop the best version of themselves, just as tomorrow's leaders wish to lead the change in the world we all wish to see.How We Came to Ignite Tomorrow's LeadersLearn Today Lead Tomorrow's founder, Alena Makheja, first envisioned the organization's mission while writing her personal book on leadership experiences and how to understand how top executives in Fortune 500 companies, top nonprofit organizations, and leaders in political offices develop their skills to continuously be the best versions of themselves so the are able to lead such large organizations, businesses, and countries forward into a brighter future. She found five key fundamental tools they were continuously provided to help foster that growth and empowerment cycle.
